4x Mortar Pods, 3x Fume Spitters, 2x Lashwrithes. Takeout Skirsdags for Highborn Ghoul, 1x Distress or 1x Gruesome Discovery.(cause you get to chose any 2 cards from your opponent and discard them. Most likely their bombs or artifact destruction so they wont take away ur Mortarpod.) Take out both Victim of Nights cause they dont do anything. Put 2x Doom Blades instead. 1x Alter's Reap would probably be good. It looks like you waste ur hand pretty fast with this deck. 1x Nihil Spellbomb would be good. Also to boost up ur Lashwrithe. I would use 24x Swamps. This is how I would make it. But other than that. I still like ur deck to mess around. I would take out 2x Ascentisism and add 2x Coat of Arms. It would be awsome.
I made my version of this deck so u can use as a blueprint. go to my decklist
8 Accelerater Creatures. 4 Birds, 4 Pilgrims, 6-9 Fatties. 1-2 Grave Titan, 1-2 Wurmcoil Engine, 1-2 Massacre Wurm, 1 Phyrexian Ingester, 1-2 Inferno Titan. 1-2 Thrun, the Last Troll. Try to keep your creature count to 17. Because you are going to need space for your other spells and lands. 4 Faithless Lootings is a must, 4 Mulchs are a must as well as 4 Tracker's Instincts, and obviously 4 Unburial Rites. 4 Lingering Souls would do here. You could have blockers instead of blocking with your mana accelerators or take life. turn 2 you can cast Lingering Souls. So Lingering Souls is good in this deck for sure. Your Other Spell count should be about 20. Your land count should be about 22-23. depending which cards you are using. But for sure lands are 4 Blackcleave Cliffs, 4 Copperline Gorges, 4 Razorgeverge Thicket, 2 Darckslick Shores, (optional) 1 Rootbound Crag. 4-5 Forest, 1 Mountain, 1 Plains, (optional) 1 Woodland Cemetery. Obviously 15 cards in your sideboard 3-4 Ancient Grudge to destry artifacts. 2-3 Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur, 2 Autumn's Veil, 3 Arc Trail, 2 Ray of Revelation, 1 Purify the Grave, 1 Thrun, the Last Troll, 2 Memory's Journey. This isn't 15 cards. These are typical cards that are sideboarded.
Instead of Sunblast Angel. Use Wurmcoil Engine. Also I would use 1-2 Inferno Titan. You need Faithless Looting, I would suggest 1-3 Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite but she 20 bucks. 2 Grave Titans would be awsome. Keep ur 4 Birds. 4 Pilgrims. I gave u some cards to look at now put the cards in ur deck.
I like the deck, but I think you should take out one Aegis of Honor and add one more Disenchant. Other than that. It's good.
Lands: 26 4x Eldrazi Temple 1x Eye of Ugin 4x Khalni Garden 1x Mystifying Maze 4x Tectonic Edge 12x Forest Creatures: 18 1x Avenger of Zendikar 1x Emrakul, the Aeons Torn 4x Joroga Treespeaker or Lotus Cobra 4x Primeval Titan 1x Terastodon 2x Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre 1x Wurmcoil Engine Other Spell: 16 1x Cultivate or Harrow 3x Everflowing Chalice 4x Explore 4x Growth Spasm 4x Summoning Trap Sideboard: 15 4x Acidic Slime 1x Eye of Ugin 3x Obstinate Baloth 3x Oracle of Mul Daya 4x Ratchet Bomb I know some of these cards are really expensive, you can at least work your way around it to your liking.
If your afraid against control. Use some cards like Natualize against Cawblade Deck to destroy their swords like: Sword of Body and Mind, Sword of Feast and Famine and Sword of War and Peace. Not only those, you might see alot more Cawblade Decks using Batterskulls now from New Phyrexia. If you're going to go up against Black Blue Control. Sidedeck Summoning Trap for that deck and for the Cawblade Deck too. Let me show you a deck that will be affective in your local tournament that is standard. I will also include in a sideboard.
Oh yeah. 20 lands is fine.
Finally someone is using an Elgulfing Slagwurm. Really nice deck though. You get a like from me. But one thing. I think you should take out Cultivate for Harrow instead. And take out Joraga Treespeaker for Lotus Cobra. Take out the Chancellor of the Tangle for either a Primeval Titan or Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger. Either one is good. Good deck though. Look at some of my decks if you want.
