This was an attempt to take a monoblack deck I had recently and make it modern tribal. Please leave thoughts and comments. The point is to use your creatures as a resource for other fun effects. This is more of a casual deck atm. Meant to be a fun idea.
Build up the power of your zombies with Cemetery Reaper and Lord of the Undead and Cemetery Reaper. If you can get a Door of Destinies out there early things get fun. Exercise them zombies! Give them strength! BRAINS!!!Combos: Nantuko Husk or Gutless Ghoul + Gravecrawler. Sacrifice Gravecrawler and then recast it. Repeat this cycle whenever to trigger Dictate of Erebos (to clear your opponents' field), Bridge from Below (to flood your field), and Door of Destinies (to buff your zombies). As for the rest of things here. Swap Black Sun's Zenith in for Bone Splinters if they are playing decks that rely on say..... mana ramping from creatures, or token decks, or *cough* myrs. I'm looking at you Mike. Swap Victim of Night in for Go for the Throat if they are playing with artifact creatures. Bojuka Bog is not necessary at all but I like to use it against decks that mill me. Or use their graveyard for things. Its why there are only two there.

Go for the Throat in place of Terror its just better. The door is a lot of fun and works in casual but in a modern meta it's just expensive and to slow since it offers nothing at the time. Making your Baron and Lord 4 of's would be more useful. As well I don't think Gutless Ghoul is worth the slot so I would replace with 2 Inquisition of Kozilak. Swap Bridge to Thoughtsieze. Early hand disruption is key in the format when playing mono black since there is virtually no other way in dealing with enchantments or artifacts. The S/B needs a lot of work to for a competitive meta as well. You need answers for the top decks which your going up against. All that said I still like the deck but just feel in it's current build it's more of a casual thing. Just my opinions take it for that don't mean to rip it apart or anything.

That sounds awesome and I like what you've put but it really would rip it apart entirely. I really wanted to try to make a zombies deck that used my creatures as resources for other effects by sacrificing them. Its fun that way. Especially with a Dictate of Erebos out there. Any thoughts towards that?
And yeah its totally a casual thing for now. I play more for "can I make this fun idea work"
