powerful cardsbut try to keep ur deck at 60 cards. that way you have a better chance at getting the cards you need. im sure you already know that. id put in a couple mind sludges and some diabolic tutors. im not trying to sound like an ass btw. i dont have as mutch good cards as u so idk how hard it is to take out 16 cards. just trying to help. i had to look at this deck cuz my nickname is mikey vengeance and im obsessed with vampires.lol check out my vampire deck http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=41665

If you are having a hard time figuring out what cards to remove to get to 60 cards I would recommend the following: Remove (21 cards): 1x Demon's Horn (you have lots of lifelink, so this is kinda pointless as it does nothing to help you defeat your enemy) 1x Spellbook (you wont be in a situation where you should have 8 card in hand. if you for somereason find your self in one, discard the cards that you cant play for a long time) 2x Ornithopter (you have better vampire blockers that can deal damage to your opponent aswell) 4x Dread Warlock (with 3 whispersilk cloak you dont really need these) 4x Drudge Skeletons (same as ornihopter, you dont need these for blocking, destroyiong your opponents creatures works better) 2x Wall of Bone (same as above) 3x Blood Seeker (you can probably deal enough damage with your flyers + whispersilk cloaks 1x Underworld Dreams (you dont need this as you only have few discarding cards) 2x Shadowfeed (you allready have lots of lifelink and life drain, so its prety useless) 1x Haunting Echoes (this card is only really good when you can get the key cards of your opponents deck to his graveyard and that doesent happen so often.) ADD (5 cards, you could add 4x of each of the following if you have them at hand): 1x Malakir Bloodwitch (from sideboard to main deck 4/4 flying for 5 mana is really good even if you cant allways use its life drain ability) 2x Sign in Blood (helps you get new cards, while your scepters discard your opponents cards, these really help you win the game even if you lose life for them) 2x Tendrils of corruption (this is really good creature remover when you have lots of swamps, works great in mono black, and it gives you life in the progress) What you have there seems like a good start for a good deck, you just have to cut it down to 60 cards to make it really work and win against those "insane deck compositions and by insane i mean so good its like wtf!"-decks.
tnx for the criticsism illuv and dont think im writing u off i plan on making some of the changes u suggested and see how it plays out this is just my reasoning as far as the ornithops and the walls and drudges they r great blockers untill i get my kik as stuff out like my nighhawks specters and obnix not to mention the 2 vamp noctunrises i added ^_^ i finally got a hold of some and the shadowfeeds werent about the lifelink thye were about geting rid of a card in there grave that could potentially hurt me in the long run the fact that i gain 4 life was jsut a bonus lol and u must have been thinking about another card for undeworld dreams it has nothing to do wiht discarding the demons horn not only give me life for every black spell i play but spells my oponnent plays to so if i go up aginst a black deck my doomblades r useless but im gaining double life for spels i play and they play so it makes it harder for them to kill me =p as far as the tendrils go i always liked them but didnt like the high cost same thing wiht the malakir it has a nice ability and 4 flying is good but cast 5 its kinda high now the bloodseekers r great say i have 2 out on the field oh u want to bring in 5 creature tokens ok take 10 life and the haunting echo ure right about it but i have a frind who likes to play his time sieve deck constantly >.< and haunting echoes really does help aginst that wich is why i had planned on moving it to the sideboard and the spellbook kinda helps if i start to get a bit screwed and they happen to have a mergrim or a bloodchief assention i think it is whenever a card goes into a graveyward form anywhere u may have that player lose 2 life and u gain 2 life? i think thats right this kinda thing is comon wiht most of my decks i have combos and defenses and then back up defenses wich is why my deck always seem to be card heavy *sigh* lol i know its a pain but like i said i will make some changes and see if they work i value everyones opinion and am thankfull for them

I would add some Gatekeeper of Malakir. It costs BB and is a 2/2. if you kick it, for one B your opponent sacrifices a creature. It is good for getting rid of there defenses, specially in the early game. I would personally switch Guul Draz Vampire with Ruthless Cullblade. it costs one more and has the same ability, except it is a 2/1. Tendrils of Corruption is alright, but I highly Recommend Corrupt(5B), it deals damage directly to your opponent and heals you for how ever many swamps you have. it is a mid-late game card though, but it is a great tool if you are going up against a late-game deck. Keep the Blood Seekers it will make your opponent not want to summon a creature, specially if they think you can destroy it easily. if you don't want Tendrils of Corruption or Corrupt, think about Quag Sickness, it costs 4B and gives a -1/-1 counter to creature for every swamp. Or Grasp of Darkness for 1B it gives creature -4/-4. if you can, try to put in a couple of Kalastria Highborn(BB). A 2/2 where if a vampire goes into the graveyard pay B and taget player loses 2 life and you gain 2. pretty good if all you have is vampires. haha. I would also personally take out the Hexmages, unless you end up going against an infect deck or get counters on your creatures a lot, there ability is to expensive...unless you know, you combo it with Kalastria ;) yet if you want a combo like that then get Aristocrat Vampire/ Bloodthrone Vampire. they are both 1/1's and get +2/+2 with a sac. and if you can get your hands on it, Captivating Vampire is GREAT, give all other vamps you control +1/+1. and you can tap 5 vamps and take control of target creature..and it also becomes a vamp, muahahaha! (you can buy a vampire deck for $20 with captivating vampire in it also. along with others I mentioned.) Quest for Gravelord would be iffy, you have sac abilities so you would be able to get your 5/5 zombie. except then you'd have a zombie. haha. well I hope it helps or maybe gave you some Ideas that work even if they have nothing to do with the cards I suggest haha. Yet if you could so kindly maybe help me with a graveyard deck I am working on that would be great! http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=162725
Also, spellbook is cool, but unless you get mana screwed you really don't need a bigger hand. but it is up to you sir.
tnx for the criticism guys srry ive been away for quite a while my local shop shut down but another reopened so im back in business =] im going to make some changes to this but i doubt that it will ever be a standard deck again i mean seriously red vamps?! lol blue zombies wtf?! right XD
