"Expensive Esper" should most def have 4 of Spinx's Revelation

Thanks, I checked yours out too
You are right. Does look very similar. I'm not a huge fan of Smite in your deck. If you have more Thragtusks, I'd up that to 4, otherwise maybe just 3 extra Selesnya Charms, since they will likely accomplish the same thing, and are quite a bit more versitle
I wouldn't want to play against this deck
+1 for yur deck name
Thanks for the comment on my deck. I replied other on that thread: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=359748 Another thing, I think you should consider terrifying presence in place of a few of the clinging mists since it cost 1 less to cast. (always important off a snapcast)
I'm not conviced on rites. You run no Mind sculps... which is like having rites for 7 turns, and they don't get the cards. I don't think the extra land benefits me more than the opposing player, so I feel that is a disadvantage. Conjurer's closest is def interesting, but I think I'd rather just have another snapcaster. Your deck seems less turbo-foggy. Which is prolly a good thing, since turbo fog is gimmicky for sure. My deck might transform to something more like yurs in the future.
Play x4 (since yur mono colored) "Ghost Quarter" killing target land and forcing them to search + shuffle to replace it with a basic land. =] The extra shuffles should gain you a few counters on yur tricksters
I'd cut all 6 of yur artifacts and drop in another land. You don't want to miss any of yur land drops to get Jace out ASAP My Take: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=359748
The sword ONLY has 2 natural targets... It won't do any good on Fog Bank (Defender) and it will kill Jace's Phantasm (Illusion)... I suppose you are hoping to equip it to a Drake eh?
Awesome, glad you liked it. Sorry about the mis-count above. I'll fix it. Curious if you ever ended up using the tree's for swapping life in the original build? I was switching things around based on the above comment and miss counted for the board. Also, have you tried siding in Jace's Erasure and suiciding Jace for his ultimate? It causes them to draw 40 cards, =] (a bit trickier to setup of course)
Hey, thanks for the input. I like to have some sort of life gain the turbo fog decks... just in case you can't seem to pull any fogs out when you need em. That was really the only reason for the tree. I suppose 3 is probably too many. Fog bank is good, I'll have to think about working those in... I can see Talrand being awesome, but I don't think I have the room for him. I might reconsider to gain an alternate win condition after I play it a few times. (Still waiting for a few cards to come in to try this deck out)
Get rid of those Sejiri Refuge's to make this standard! =]
How does this play?
