Check out a couple other spells that could run in addition to what you have already, Become Immense, Vines of Vastwood, and Spell Pierce. Research Tier 1 Modern Infect Decks. Here is one article I read http://www.channelfireball.com/articles/modern-infect-deck-guide/I think maybe try to cut down 2 - 4 creatures, I think you could nix Plague Mir. I would focus on Blighted Agent (win con), Glistner Elf, and Ironclaw Myr, I would aim for 14ish creatures.Get rid of the land that gives you red and white mana, I would rely on the phyrexian cost of Apostle's Blessing. Fuck it, think quick. Maybe ditch assault strobe, yes it is sick, but reduce the mana to a Blue Green base, to ensure what you need to get. If you can retain some life til turn 6, it should win. I think you and me can get it down to turn 5 wins.
I know I will modify it down the road, I'm just happy I only had to buy 3 cards lol.

I really like the deck, I love Mill decks especially, but the price to build is what puts me off. Overall very nice build though.

I took out mana bringing spells. Cut down some of the big creatures and added a mana bringing creature that deals 1 damage to opponents each time it is tapped for mana. I almost think I can get away with 18 mana.
Thanks for the suggestions, I added Ambush Viper. It will add a nice quick defense or a cheap deadly creature.

Steel Overseer is sick, but they are like 10 - 15 a pop right now.
Jandor's Saddlebags or even better Magewright's Stone would untap
I would focus on Arcbound Crusher, Reclaimer, Stinger, Worker, and Overseer as your core creatures, maybe a playset of each. Coretapper is dope too, I would have a playset of him in your sideboard. Need to find the balance between your charge counter necessity and modular capability. By reducing the cards down to pkaysets, you can increase your odds of getting what you want, and you could nix Darksteel Pendant. Mourner's shield and Thought prison are both god defense mechanics, downside is they are expensive CC. If you are going modern cool, if this is casual replace all your lands with artifact lands, those with Arcbound Crusher would be good, lands late game have more use, since it is a low CC deck. Ratchet Bomb is only going to kill certain creatures equal to the charge counters, I would side board it. I think it would be cool if you could find a way to untap Steel Overseer as well, get a couple +1+1 counters a turn.
