A one of a kind white token/burn deck with splash of red and green. The concept of this deck revolves around creating tokens using a combo of white token spells and ashnod's altar, gaining life from the tokens entering play to prolong the game enough to reach the win condition; either by hording or casting a huge banefire. Best hand example of tokenroll mana engine usage: Turn 1: Remote Farm Turn 2: Plains, Ashnod's Altar Turn 3: Plains, 2x Raise the Alarm. Turn 4: Plains, tap 3 plains and sacrifice 4x soldier tokens for the altar - you gain {w}{w}{w}{8} in your mana pool. With this, you can hard cast Conqueror's Pledge AND pay it's kicker cost - giving you 12 1/1 solider tokens Turn 5: Sacrifice 12 tokens for the altar (gain 24x {w} in mana pool), play soul warden and Rise of the Hobgoblins with X as 24. .... You now have gained 24 life from the soul warden, and have 24 1/1 red/white soldier tokens with possibility of first strike through Rise of the Hobgoblins. You will gain loads of life through soul warden, still if opposing creatures are causing problems just sacrifice all tokens for a Martial coup, doubling your creatures and destroying your opponents at the same time. I think the coolest part is the addition of Gelatinous Genesis. You can turn 80x 1/1 into 80x 80/80 with the altar. ----- I have tried this in a 1vs1 game now, it was fun and unique but did not have a good win ratio. It's easly hated with a counterspell or land destruction, but I think it will perform better in a multislayer game, perhaps two headed giant.
