P.S. GO PHYREXIA!

Why not 4 dark ritual? With Priest of Gix and Phyrexian Negator this deck could use them.
I LOVE 9 land stompy! I wanted to try something different so I made a black version check it out.
Looks good. It has some great control spells I don't think your opponents will suspect.
I figured you had some kind of explanation. If nothing else it's much more fun to play with a variety of cards. I might try adding some cards to my vampire deck since I'm having a hard time bringing it down to 60. Do you have some shuffling technique for decks this size? My brother taught me a pattern of 1 land then 2 spells and then if you let your opponent cut your deck 3 times it's fair.(I don't know if that's the rules but it's how we play)
YAY PHYREXIA!
You simply must use Scrib Nibbler so your opponent will feel the shame of losing to rats and crabs.
I would ditch Piranha Marsh cause it's won't power up Nirkana.
No Doran? *sniffle*
Pretty nice. I would add just a couple more creatures since I have about the same amount in an aura deck and I always end up with auras but no creatures in my hand. I know shroud is important when working with auras but but 3 Greater Auramancy and 4 canopy cover seems like overkill to me. I would add Rancor so that when Spiritdancer is 12/14 it won't get chump blocked. Of course, with canopy cover you probably won't have to worry about that anyway. Not trying to criticize just suggestions. good deck.
BTW since you love to ruin other players strategy (like me) I have a suggestion. Build a discard/mill deck using Chains of Mephistopheles to lock your opponent. It doesn't even matter if you win, it will be the coolest deck in the history of magic. Hymn to Tourach + Sadistic Sacrament = totally screwed opponent
I'm a little confused. Your decks are some of the best but they usually have more than 60 cards. Doesn't that make your decks inconsistent? Back on subject, Discard decks are the coolest! If you want to have the coolest deck ever, build a discard/mill deck using Chains of Mephistopheles.
Very clever. I'm often hesitant to put Dark Ritual in a deck 'cause late game it's a dead draw but in this deck you can just use it to kick Sadistic Sacrament. I actually had this crazy idea to mix my mill deck with my vampire deck (which is for multiplayer) and saw that you did just that. My plan now is to build a deck that sits and waits til there is just 1 or 2 players left and then mills aggro or stomps control.
Very cool. This looks like it's crazy fast for a mill deck.
It's finished now. Whether you win or not all depends on your opening hand.
I like that this has more of a vampire feel than other vamp decks. It never made since to me how the best vamp is Nocturnus and all he does is beat down your opponent. This deck sucks their blood! I would add some Diabolic Tutor since this deck has so many cards. Also I always forget to make them lose the life with Blood Seeker.
Yeah still working on this one. My play group is very creature heavy so if you don't have creatures on the board by turn 3 or 4 you're dead, that's why the tiny creatures. The goal is to protect Sorin Markov because of how cool he is in multiplayer. The original plan for this deck was to play aggressively at the start and then lean towards control as the game progressed using Plague Wind or Corrupt as a win condition against the last remaining player. Yeah I see what you mean about the Leechridden Swamp. With all the small creatures it seems you wouldn't want to slow down. I planned to always leave 2 mana open for whatever spell and then if I didn't decide to use it I could make sure it didn't go to waste by tapping Leechridden Swamp. It seems my strategy for this deck didn't quite make it as there wasn't enough space for creatures, control, and the win conditions.
Actually it's not finished yet. I just can't find a way to make mono black mill work the way I want. There are lots of great Mill cards but I can't find a way to consistently mill my opponent by turn 20 without worrying about creature or artifact destruction. Yeah I started playing in 1999 (I was 9) then pretty much quit after 3 months. I played a little throughout the years but am really just starting up.
Oh yeah! Check out my treefolk deck.
I don't understand the Doubling Season in the sideboard. Isn't Reach of Branches the only token generator? Good deck though.
