Primary Combos:
Mind Over Matter + any self draw card (Azami, Lady of Scrolls, Arcanis the Omnipotent). By tapping one of these card, then discarding to untap them, you can cycle through the cards in your deck. While you won't be netting any cards, you can discard the cards you don't want to draw any other card in your deck. If you have access to mana, you will be able to find your combo pieces and win. This combo allows you to infinitely mill yourself and win with Laboratory Maniac.
Mind Over Matter + any mass draw card (Temple Bell, Otherworld Atlas, Jace's Archivist). This is the same as above except you're now able to infinitely mill your opponents as well (with card draw). At any time you can discard Kozilek, Butcher of Truth and shuffle your graveyard into your library. With Otherworld Atlas and Jace's Archivist it is possible to gain extra cards with your draw. It is thus possible to untap your other permanents with Mind Over Matter. If your opponents can't respond it is possible to get "infinite" mana by repeatingly recycling your deck.
Consecrated Sphinx + opponent draw (Temple Bell, Otherworld Atlass, Jace's Archivist, Mikokoro). While this doesn't allow you to win the game, it gives you a huge amount of cards each time you do it. This combo gets extremely more powerful the more players in the game. The sheer power of this combo will increase your chances of victory tenfold.
Seedborn Muse + Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir. This combo is a huge boost to the deck's defense capabilities. Seedborn allows you to untap your lands to protect yourself on your opponent's turn, while Teferi allows you to safely flash creatures or cast instants at the end of their turn without leaving yourself vulnerable. These cards are so good, I usually get them first when I cast Tooth and Nail.
Secondary Combos:
Seedborn Muse + Any Draw (Azami, Lady of Scrolls). Seedborn Muse is a very versitile card. It allows you to untap each draw permanent and use them on each player's turn. Azami is the primary card to use with Seedborn Muse since it only helps you and gets stronger for each wizard you have out. Not only that, but you can use Azami's ability even when she has summoning sickness since it doesn't require a tap.
Jace's Archivist + Library of Leng. Since the discard of Jace's Archivist's ability is an effect (not a cost), you can use Library of Leng to put some of the cards on top of your library! This allows you to get rid of cards you don't want, but keep the cards you do.
Alternate Win Combos:
Psychosis Crawler + Any Draw (Consecrated Sphinx, Jace's Archivist). Alternatively you can cast Rite of Replication to amplify the effects of either Psychosis Crawler or Concecrated Sphinx. With the Mind Over Matter infinite draw combos, you can deal infinite damage.
Time Stretch + Eternal Witness + Sakashima the Imposter. This grants infinite turns. You do this by casting Sakashima as a copy of Eternal Witness. This returns your Time Stretch back to your hand. Then all you have to do is activate Sakashima's ability and return her back to your hand at the end of turn. It costs quite a bit of mana to pull all of this off in one turn, but with all the free turns you're getting, you should be able to mana ramp up to it.
Intuition + Any graveyard fetch (Reclaim, Regrowth, Eternal Witness, etc). This combo allows you access to almost any card in your deck. One way to go about this is to get one card you want plus two fetch cards. So if you want Seedborn Muse, you'd pick Seedborn + Reclaim + Noxious Revival. No matter how they choose, you will be able to get your Seedborn Muse!
Other Strategies:
One thing to note is with the cards that put other cards on top of your library (such as Reclaim and Noxious Revival). Even though these may not seem as good, they are amazing in this deck because of their instant speed. If you have a tutor or draw card, you can create some amazing effects. For example, you could Reclaim a Pact of Negation to the top of your library, then tap Temple Bell to make everyone draw a card. Then you proceed to Pact whatever you need - for just one green mana!
This deck is very strong against removal. Since there are a lot of graveyard fetch cards to bring them back (Reclaim, Eternal Witness, etc). One card in particular, Nostalgic Dreams, if gone unchecked will grant a huge advantage of replayability. This allows you to chain spells to a near unstoppable level: Time Stretch -> Regrowth -> Time Stretch -> Cast Nostalgic Dreams, discard two cards, get both Regrowth and Time Stretch back -> Time Stretch -> Regrowth -> Time Stretch. Obviously, the more graveyard fetch cards you can get back with Nostalgic Dreams, the more shinanegans you can pull.
