Raka Tactics

Use all the tricks of blue, the power or red, and the strength of white.

Every card has synergy. Figure out your opponent and be a step ahead every time. Main win condition is control of the board state and burn/aggro your way to victory.

Spell triggers cause G Snipe and Young P to trigger, than if you want to eat the spell for Nivmagus to get bigger you can.

Vial of Poison turns any token or 1 drop into an imposing wall. Also, if you side Izzet Staticaster, she can ping creatures to death.

The charms provide lots of versatility. Whether in a combat trick, a counter, or a finisher- you have the charm for the occasion.

Warleader's Helix to add some endurance, plus more spot removal, spell triggers, etc. Getting 4 life, 6 burn, and a 1/1 elemental token for 4 at instant speed, sounds good to me.
Ral Zarek to keep things tapped or burned your way.
Young P gives chump blockers.
G Snipe makes every play a shock to the face.
Boros Reckoner is a mean blocker/attacker that makes people think twice. In combo with some of the charms- things can get deadly fast with good combat tricks.
Judge's Familiar adds a little control, a little early aggro, and a flyer to potentially ping the opponent and trigger a Cipher.
Niv G Unit turns Cipher copies and unneeded spells into a quick powerhouse.

Chromatic Lantern kinda polishes mana fixing and adds a little ramp.
Mutavault adds an interesting combo with Cipher, and a potential blocker/ early attacker.
Lots of Scry lands will make sure you get the right card for the occasion.

Sideboard gives you either the answers to an opponents creature control or to their superior aggro.
