Deck Description

The elves deck I constructed. It works as follows:
Turn one: play a forest and drop a Llanowar Elves .
Turn two: Another forest and play Priest of Titania and drop another One-mana creature.
Turn three: Third Forest. Now u should have 3 mana generated by the Priest of Titania, 3 by the forest and 1 by the Llanowar Elves, giving u a total of 7 Mana at turn 3! Talk about acceleration. Now u can easily play Garruk Wildspeaker along with an Elvish Champion/ Imperious Perfect/ Jagged-Scar Archers. Have garruk untap 2 lands for something like Nissa's chosen.
Turn 4: Play whatever you like, but at least play coat of arms. then use garruk's overrun ability. This should win u you the game easily by letting 4 of your elves attack. Your opponent won't be able to deal with it. If the enemy decides to play a fog and die next turn, the Quest for Renewal could come in handy, to be able to defend against any counter-attack. ( I experience fog a lot. my friend has it in his deck four times. Strategy survives till turn 4's declare blockers step.)

Enjoy!

I took out the Archdruid's replacing them with Priest of Titania, becuz it's a bit faster.

Definately Imperious Perfect, and Lys Alana Huntmaster will help you with token generation. Llanowar Elves and Arbor Elf are great for speeding up your deck, and Gelatenous Genisis, Strength of the Tajuru, and Protien Hydra may be handy with the hoards of mana collected from Elvish Archdruid and Joraga Treespeaker. Canopy Cover can help protect your biggest elves, And Omnath, Locus of Mana can be a huge powerhouse/mana exelerator. Gravity Well will stop flying, and Wellwisher will give you insane amounts of life.

I agree with all your cards, but for Gravity Well I use the skysweeper in the sideboard. Lifegain is done by Nissa herself, because I only play 2 chosen. I put the Omnath, Locus of Mana in the sideboard.

I would definitely sideboard Elvish champion, i mean its a good card but worthless against any non green deck and i would replace them with 2 joraga warcaller, there expensive but they work great for me

I admit, but having removed the Archdruid's I am forced to keep them in.

You could run Wirewood Lodge to increase your mana acceleration, maybe even Seeker of Skybreak. Fetch lands will help with the overall acceleration of your deck as well, as it reduces the chance you're going to pull more land you don't need.

Seeker of Skybreak paired with Wirewood lodge is pretty nasty, it will allow you to use the same Priest multiple times in a turn.

I'm not a fan of the token based, "let's give this creature a ton of 1/1 counters" Elf motif. I'd much rather run a stronger ramp with things like Joraga Treespeaker, Archdruid, etc. for a massive build up on a Genesis Wave. If you don't want to alter your deck to accompany Genesis Wave, you should at least consider dropping something for Glimpse of Nature for additional acceleration.

I'm really happy with your feedback, but I no longer play decks in casual format. The only thing I play now in my social circles is standard because we all agreed that it would be more fun if we could focus our shared card pool on a few sets/blocks, not the entire card collection. We also think that it's better to play standard in our group because it provides some good practice in standard play, so we all play better on FNM's. Another thing is we can rely on strong deck ideas and funny columns and decks the dailymtg site provides us. We are capable of looking up decklists and reviews about budget decks or lab decks so we are faster with deciding wether certain decks would work or not. We also thought it was more challenging to have access to a more limited amount of cards instead of the entire collection, as it would provide better deckbuilding challenges, forcing people to continuously keep constructing new decks.
