You're not the first I've heard this from, I've designed many Eldrazi decks in the past. And cheating them into play is like cutting their heads off, why would you skip drawing four or taking an extra turn?
it works and i'm 100% positive because i have multiple friends that are judges
the decks made to win on the quickes turn possible there's no point in exalted because kaalia'd dealing more than one damage, although i kmight think about the whispersilk
the way it works is you swing kaalia asap and cheat in master of cruelities and that is a instant win.

why not make it legacy for fnm? also why run the ulamogs crusher over spawnsire of ulamog.
why not pack rat or lilliana of the new realms i think it is, the one that makes swamps tap for 4 and maybe an urborg, tomb of yawgmoth if you do that. also coat of arms for any tribal deck pretty much

It's recommended that most decks have 40% be land and this only has 30%. and also theres a uncommon from ravnica: city of guilds. its ub target player mills 10. i would run that
why not run evolving wilds or terramorphic expanse to hit the landfall triggers more often
