The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
An old deck of mine, now disassembled and obsolete. I have, however, uploaded the list for my friend, who is also looking to build a Polymorph deck. I hope this helps, man.

First of all, terrible mana base. Second of all, why would you use Inkwell when there are many better creatures? Third, 4 Inkwell? Fail. Fourth, only 6 token producers. Fifth, slow and uncontroling.

Addressing your listed problems in order: 1) People forget sometimes that basic lands are just fine in certain decks. Having ACTUALLY played hundreds rounds with this deck, I can tell you that the mana base works just fine. It hiccups a little on rare occasions, sure, but as a casual, budget player, I never really minded. 2) I like Inkwell Leviathan and it's reasonably budget-friendly. 3) Four Inkwells is probably too many, yes. 4) Running six token producers always worked just fine for me. It was just the right number to make the deck consistent. 5) What about this is uncontrolling? Bolt, Electrolyze, and Thunderheads (if you don't need it) work as spot removal. Condescend counters things and filters your draws. Pyroclasm and Earthquake clean up the board nicely, and Sleep does so too, though indirectly. Gigadrowse also buys time and can set up your combo against counter-heavy control decks. I really don't see what's wrong with it. Yes, it's weighted heavily against creature strategies, but I play a TON of those in my meta. TL;DR: What a largely arbitrary, uninformed flame.

Uninformed? I come as a person who had played UG Polymorph at a qualifier about 3 weeks ago. I know what I am talking about. And what did you play against? About your mana-base, if you CAN use better lands, why not. I just now read your budget statement, which therefor means I could now really care less.
This was always a casual deck; I have never once played in a tournament, and neither has anyone else in my area. They do not excite us. Elves (aggro and combo, though more inventive combos than Elf Ball) and token aggro are popular in my playgroup, and in general (admittedly slow) aggro and midrange show up very often.
hey man. sorry that my asking you to put up this deck got you yelled at. It may not be a tournament quality deck but having played against this i know that its quite a bit better than a lot of decks put up on this site. also I believe that rather than telling someone their deck is horrible you should tell them specifically what they need to improve and tell them which cards they could use to improve it. constructive criticism is always accepted well. destructive criticism rarely is. I know, cakins, you put up some suggestions for how this could be improved but naming specific cards and taking into account the players budget are more helpful than generalized slanderous statements
I just changed my myojin deck. I was wondering if you could look at it. Its way too expensive for my taste right now. but i figured out how to speed it up and i didn't do it via polymorph. also take a look at my deck called mana ramp. I Havent figured out how to make it effective but i feel like it has a bunch of potential.
