How to Play

This is a FAST paced Goblin Tribal Burn deck. The deck utilizes Goblins, Spells and Enchantments to deal damage, sometimes all three in one go, depending on the hand and field at the time. Here's what you need to know about this deck that will help you win.

We have enchantments that can work with spells to deal damage, for example; you can enchant your side of the field with Impact Tremors, then you can use Krenko's Command or Dragon Fodder to create two 1/1 Goblins. This deals an immediate burn damage of 2, if you have another Impact Tremors on the field, you deal 4 damage instead.

Another instance of a combo that's very useful in this deck is using Warren Instigator and Goblin Chieftain. Goblin Chieftain can be played first and then Warren Instigator, allowing Warren Instigator to attack immediately. This combo costs the same amount that is needed at most to play ANY singular creature or spell in the deck, which is 4, which you'll of course pay with all Red. The combo can allow you to bring out other Goblin Creatures from hand, such as Krenko himself or Zo-Zu, etc.

Yet another combo that I wish was useable in modern, and thus why its not in this deck list, is using Goblin Warchief to make casting, and putting to full use, cards like Mardu Scout and all the other Goblin creatures. Why you may ask, well this is because anything with goblin in the type, be it creature or spell, costs 1 less colorless mana, thus making the deck cost less mana in total.

This deck only contains 18 Mountains because of its total mana cost being a max of 4, thus making you NEED mana less often, but not enough to cut anymore than what I already have. This deck also contains a lot of creatures, but its synergy with the enchantments and spells make it worth while as a creature heavy Burn Deck, you better believe it!

Deck discussion for Goblin Siege

Looks pretty good! Only thing missing is a Goblin Bombardment or a Goblin War Strike! ;)

Neither of those are Modern Legal, this is a Modern Deck, but I do wish Bombardment was legal!

Barrage of Expendables/ Blasting Station and Massive Raid. Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breakear and Lightning Crafter can combo also very effective.
Any particular reason why you're using the same card (with the same artwork) from different editions?

I checked out the cards you suggested, while they are good cards, they aren't for the play style that I developed with this deck. The deck is for 4 or less drops, dealing damage via creatures or spells or both, but doing so with as little down time as possible, meaning as few tapped creatures as possible unless you're dealing massive damage all at once.

I appreciate the tips and they are very good ones, just for this deck they don't fit, okay? Also, the multiple copies is because I bought them on TCGPlayer.com and they didn't have multiple copies of the same set card for the same price, some were like $1 more, which was a big no no to me. So I made sure it was okay, and as long as its been PRINTED in 8th edition and on, its legal to use older versions of cards, so I went with as cheap as I could~

Is that the new rules? About being printed from 8th and up? I thought all printed versions of legal cards were good, as long as everyone knew the current most oracle text? I mean 8th edition doesn't even have all the cards right (I'm thinking Goblin King and Lord of Atlantis off of the top of my head) as they should be now.

Well, yes, it goes by the current text rulings, but the card is legal appearance wise if it exists in 8th and on, just follow the current text
