A kitchen table white knight deck.Win conditions: Cradle of Vitality and/or Felidar Sovereign.Sideboard is the maybe board.---------------------------------Looking for suggestions to make the deck Modern legal. The Enlightened Tutor plays a big role in getting the right cards, but for this to be Modern legal, she has to go.The cards she's currently fetching are in cmc range 3-4, so just replacing the tutors with more copies of the fetchables seems like a bad idea when you look at the mana curve.---------------------------------
Cradle of Vitality can give lifelinking knights +1/+1 counters between the combat damage steps, which will help them survive retaliation if their first strike damage wasn't enough. If viable, save a Kabira Crossroads/Radiant Fountain until Cradle of Vitality hits the board.Enlightened Tutor can fetch a wide variety of cards essential to overcome opponenets, but you can also go for a simple Oblivion Ring or even Ancient Dens for extra mana.Divine Reckoning works nicely with Knight Exemplar, since he doesn't make himself indestructible.Path To Exile's downside is the land fetch, which you can probably mitigate with the White Orchid, which will help you even in late game by setting up the Sky Ruin.

Powerful as it seems, I'm reluctant to put in auras since I don't have that many creatures with evasion abilities.
but it your creatures don't need evasion to benefit. They can sit back and build counters, just like using cradle of life, but without having to pay constantly. That's how I see it.
Ah, sry I think I used the term 'evasion' wrong here. What I wanted to say is that the creatures are quite easy to get rid of and that auras go with them. Cradle and the artifacts can help another creature later on.
Understood and well noted
Ancient Den is banned in modern so that will have to go. Armored Ascension is really powerful in mono-white and will make fliers out of your knights.
Yeah. Ancient Den is here only because of Enlightened Tutor. It can be fetched, since it's an artifact.Armored Ascension seems powerful, though...
How much of the deck are you willing to change to make the feladar sovereign win viable? There are lists that gain life more effetivly, but Vial knights is also a deck that exists in modern that you also have allot of pieces for.I can only relaly give suggestions for going hard in ether direction, I don't really know what to do for the middle ground.
I'd like to stay with knights, but vial just seems too expensive. Felidar was more like a second thought and a one-of card anyway.
Never count out a card, if people need trades you have and you get good pulls from boosters you can sometimes get them. I'd personally drop tutors, put in one more warhammer, one more wrath and two hero of bladehold and go full knights? Proxy or borrow the hero's for events. Using your prizes trade into vials? Hope this helps... I mean the cradle subtheme would really be nuts if you ever triggered bladehold as you would be able to spread out the tokens so much more.
