A casual deck plan for a friend. Sideboard is the maybeboard. The main thing here is Soulflayer and Odric. Both of them make great use of other creature's keyword abilities. Odric can help creatures on the field, and if/when they are dealt with, Soulflayer will delve all the abilities from the graveyard. As it currently stands, the deck has 8 flying, 9 lifelinks, 6 deathtouch, 5 first strike, 3 double strike, 3 vigilance and 2 haste.Infernal Scarring is one of the most valuable cards for the game flow. It makes it's target creature a serious threat aswell as cantrips when the threat is dealt with. The extra power also makes flipping Lone Rider easier.Other cards include some control pieces as well as potential lifegain for more consistent Lone Rider flipping. If you feel like there's too little early pressure. Try swittching out Mirri the Cursed, lands or something for some Bloodforged Battle-Axes and/or Gurmag Swiftwings. The equipment and Infernal Scarring should make any small creature a (disposable) threat. The haste is still good for Soulflayer/Odric.
Just remember that in the long run it shouldn't matter your creatures get killed by responses/trade blocking/board wipes, because that just means Soulflayer becomes cheaper and more powerful.Winged Shepherd/Noble Templar? Cycle and delve with Soulflayer
