They should add a Commander section for deck building, so you don't have to place your commander in the Sideboard to show it.
Maybe add a toggle for normal 60 decks and EDH decks.

An Exquisite Blood would work well in this deck. However, it's a bit costy compared to the rest of your deck, but if you could hold your ground it will surely pay off

I would also add a Sanguine Bond for personal preference (gotta get that lifelink working)
