My advice is to get some extra mana gen so you can take over your opponents with far more effectiveness without running into mana issues.

I think you should look into some life gain to supplement your damage prevention.
I've always felt the best enchants for a saproling deck are doubling seasons and four of them since the effect stacks.Also a couple of essence wardens never hurt.
I used a ninjutsu deck back when kamigawa was standard and it won me several local tournaments. Sadly I don't remember exactly what was in it anymore.

Throw a few parallel lives in here. Also you generate a token for every white mana in the casting cost of permanents you control meaning you can generate a lot more. A few soul wardens would also allow for faster life gain.
I might adjust this for screwing with my friends since I have most of the cards required.
Love the theme. Plus it appears it would play well in most scenarios.
