I would say lose Increasing Confusion. It seems nice, but when you compare it to other milling cards, it just doesn't compare. For example, Glimpse the Unthinkable is 2 mana to mill 10 cards, an average of 5 cards per mana. With Increasing Confusion, the ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM of cards per mana spent on it approaches 2 as the amount of mana spent increases to infinity. I would definitely drop IC for Mind Sculpt in order to maximize efficiency. Take a look at my most recent mill deck if you want some ideas: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=352969 Hope this helps!
Lich Lord of Unx, seems very slow to me, I think you'd be better off with either a wall creature, or tome scour is a really good card too. You can look at my mill deck if you want some different ideas: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=353959
The lich lord is in this deck because at the amount of zombies i can potentially have later game to do a final mill to people and he also can sustain a good blocking force until i can fish you off. He is ment to be a slow late game win im using him along side with army of the damned as his second ability not mainly for his first.
I would switch out the loch lord for something else you just don't have that much zombies for it to make a real difference
If you had more army of the dammed it would be a great addition but one isn't much to rely on, here check out my deck for good zombie cards and combos. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=357451
