Archon of the Triumvirate would fit pretty good, flying and let's you detain 2 nonlands whenever he attacks. Also enchantment wise Martial Law let's you detain a creature at the beginning of your upkeep each turn.

And you really should have 20 lands with this deck or it is not going to work right. Seachrome Coast would be perfect, just add in 4 and take out 4 of something else.
