This was nice to peak at for ideas since I'm also trying to make my own Krenko EDH. Have you thought about Battle Hymn or Mob Justice; the not-Goblin-specific versions of Brightstone Ritual and Goblin War Strike, respectively?

Changes thus far:
Following some of _Epsilon_'s suggestions and other thoughts of my own, I've opted for:
+Blood Moon
+Magus of the Moon
+5 Mountain
+Jar of Eyes
+Goblin Charbelcher
+Warren Instigator

Good thoughts. You're most likely right about the lands as I was going back and forth in my head between 20 and 24/25-ish. I think I'm too used to a more "pure" goblin weenies casual I've played that runs 10-12 mountains for a 60-card deck and all of four cards at 3+ CMC (2 shenanigans, 1 warrens, 1 king). Now that I have few 3 and 4+ cards, though...

I hadn't thought about Blood Moon (and Magus of the Moon for a creature version), though it's definitely a good addition even if there wasn't the Mountainwalk potential simply because it can wreak havoc on a lot of EDH decks.

Jar of Eyeballs never crossed my mind and it essentially becomes a repeatable Goblin Recruiter.

Goblin Assassin's tough for me to add right away, but I'll definitely have to keep him in mind after I've test played the deck with the other changes. If I'm ever in need of wiping after getting to point of being able to cast him, he'll go in, but at the moment, it seems it's all about either him or Ib Halfheart... Hmm....

Thanks for that. Boros Recruit was a brain fart addition.

Hmm... Definitely seems like a nice budget deck for sure.

The big suggestion I can make is that I bet you could easily go with fewer lands as you top out at 3 CMC and your drop cards will all be good at either speeding you up (Tormented Soul) or slowing your opponent down (Doomed Traveler and Typhoid Rats).

If you're looking for possible additions/ switch outs, on-hand I would like to mention Evil Presence. Like Contaminated Ground, it makes the enchanted land a swamp, but since it doesn't have the life loss effect, it ends up only costing B. There's also Whispersilk Cloak, though it's on the high end of your costs (3 CMC, 2 to equip). Things to ponder about, at least.
