......and?Sol Ring's banned from everything if I remember correctly. I play Table Top with friends/family, not tournaments.

More tokens would make that Predator Dragon even nastier. Krenko's Command and Dragon Fodder would fit well, imagine having a butt load of tokens just sitting on the field waiting to be sacrificed for your dragon. Here's my Goblin deck that has some token stuff in it if you want any ideas: http://www.mtgvault.com/dabuzz/decks/goblin-brigade/
oh, in that case then 2 more words lol....Swiftfoot Boots
2 words, Privileged Position http://gatherer.wizards.com/pages/card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=83720
Also may want to rethink your lands also, I really don't know why you chose some of the ones you have in there. You have WAY too many that come in tapped, you are going to get slowed down too much. You have 9 Terramorphic Expanse which makes this whole deck illegal, and you only have 1 Glimmerpost which defeats the whole purpose of the card since you only have 1 Locus in your entire deck.
you're kind of all over the place...you really need to cut this down to a 60 card deck, and you need to get 4 of a Sliver which abilities stack, and only 2 of a Sliver if it doesnt stack. For example, Heart Sliver gives Haste....you cannot have double haste so you should only need 2 Heart Sliver's. Virulent Sliver's poisonous 1 ability on the other hand does stack, so if you have 4 Virulent Sliver's on the field then all Slivers have poisonous 4, which is why it is best to have 4 of them in your deck. Also cannot stress enough on having 4 Homing Sliver's, they give Slivercycling and let you find any Sliver in your library. I would also cut down on the artifacts, if you want more mana then put 4 of the Gemhide Sliver's in there, they will let you get anything you want out. Here's my first Sliver deck if you want any ideas. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=387185
Sorry but I have to disagree with this comment. The whole point of Slivers is them passing on their abilities to each other. When you can potentially have 3+ Slivers on turn 3 that have 3+ crazy abilities, there is no such thing as random, not to mention the Slivercycling ability. Slivers are extremely vulnerable and they have so many ways they can get killed, so having a Sliver deck where if 1 strategy get's stopped, you can move on with another strategy before the turn's even over is essential. He needs to only have 4 of a Sliver if their ability stacks. For example, Heart Sliver gives Haste....you cannot have double haste so there is no need to have 4 Heart Slivers. Virulent Sliver's poisonous 1 ability on the other hand does stack, so if you have 4 Virulent Sliver's on the field then all Slivers have poisonous 4.
You should replace Shadow Sliver with Shifting Sliver. Shadow Sliver lets them attack you without you being able to block them. I love the Amoeboid Changeling + Sliver Overlord combo to take control of your opponents creatures. Here's my 2 Sliver decks if you want to get some ideas: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=387185 http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=408256
Dropping an All Is Dust with a colorless deck just simply makes the other person want to give up, especially if it's 6-10 turns in when they've got more stuff on the field.
In all honesty I would drop it down to just 1 color, it would make it flow a lot easier. My brother has a Colorless Eldrazi deck that just simply kicks ass, it's not uploaded on here but I'll list it out if you want to get any ideas from it. Artifacts 2x Essence Bottle 2x Hedron Matrix 4x Platinum Angel 4x Darksteel Plate 4x Manalith 4x Quicksilver Amulet Creatures 2x Emrakul, the Aeons Torn 2x It That Betrays 4x Pathrazer of Ulamog 2x Spawnsire of Ulamog 4x Artisan of Kozilek Land 4x Urza's Mine 4x Urza's Power Plant 4x Urza's Tower 4x Vesuva 4x Eldrazi Temple Spells 2x All Is Dust 4x Demonic Tutor
And you really should have 20 lands with this deck or it is not going to work right. Seachrome Coast would be perfect, just add in 4 and take out 4 of something else.
Archon of the Triumvirate would fit pretty good, flying and let's you detain 2 nonlands whenever he attacks. Also enchantment wise Martial Law let's you detain a creature at the beginning of your upkeep each turn.
Like the concept, I see you don't won't to change creatures but Wall of Denial is far too good of a Defender if that's the route you're taking. Ghostly Prison might be a good fit for this deck too, slows your opponent down by forcing them to either mana-ramp like crazy or find something to get rid of it.
And like an idiot I didn't look at your Sideboard before I commented and just noticed you have the Exquisite Blood. You should have that in there, it really is a great combo.
Why 63 cards? Would really cut it down to 60 to make things flow better. You really do have a good concept here though. Exquisite Blood would be a good fit for this deck, along with your Sanguine Bond it would be an infinite combo and would win the game for you, all you would have to do would be to deal just 1 damage to an opponent.
Distress would be better than Duress, also since you have so much discard stuff Shrieking Affliction would be a perfect fit for this deck.
All I can say is WTF?
Really liking the Glittering Lynx, will probably add him later on when I get some time to move things around. Story Circle might be a good sideboard option for me. The only reason I have Witchbane Orb was for the hexproof part, couldn't think of any other enchantment that gave me hexproof.
Adding in some Blood Crypt's for lands would be a good option, also replacing Duress with Distress is well worth the 1 extra black mana IMO. Really good deck you have for sure. Any advice on my new deck would be welcomed if you or anyone else has time: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=404243
Looks pretty good, only think I could think of suggesting is possibly adding in a couple of Isochron Scepter's. An Isochron Scepter/Boomerang combo within the first few turns gives a HUGE advantage throughout the rest of the game.
