This deck basically just combines two awesome cards; Relentless Rats and Thrumming Stone. The idea is to ripple through your whole deck, casting all the Relentless Rats. Then you sac them to Altar of Dementia for massive mill. Tendrils of Agony is in there just in case someone decides to Wrath of God on you. ;)

I think that is kind of overkill. I mean, you are probably already going to have 24x 25/25 creatures out.
