What I like a lot about this deck is how cheap it is and the extremely low mana curve.

Not bad for budget, but I think you're going to find it a little difficult to really win with this, as you have only a few ways to place the initial poison counters on your opponent.. This being said, I think it could work because it has a very low mana curve. However, you absolutely need Steady Progress x4 in this deck.....proliferates and helps you draw a card. I'm not sure the throne of geth will help you as you will be sacrificing needed artifacts in order to proliferate, so I would swamp in Steady Progress there. My Proliferate deck is mono blue but definitely is not on a budget, but you can have a look at it if it helps you develop your deck. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=115787
The goal is to use the Quests or Stoneforge Mystics to bring my equipment into play and attach it to creatures.
Not bad, similar in some ways to my B/R Sacrifice deck: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=115792 My suggestions, are that Demon of Death's gate isn't really required, and I would sub in some Bloodthrone Vampires. I like the deck though, it seems nice.
I'll take your advice on the Splinter Twin!
I also added some exciting new ideas to the sideboard to consider :-)
I use my ascensions in my B/G Infection deck :-/ But yah I took your advice Burado, and I switched some things around.
I agree, drop your Pacts down to 1 each since you have Mystical Tutor to go and fetch them. Play more blue control aside from that, and perhaps some halimar depths to add some land.
I've changed it to accommodate more creatures. I think it works much better now.
Please leave comments as I would like to make this deck better.
Just wondering.....how do you plan on winning a game with this? You have 3 creatures that can produce damage, and no mill action. Sure, you can control the crap out of your opponent but you have no way of closing the deal with just 2 Sun Titans and 1 Sphinx.
Oh ok I thought Primeval was only basic lands. This is just tossed together btw I haven't even asked or researched what most Valakut mana ramp decks are like so thanks for the advice.
The expedition map is what lets me fetch Valakut. But Harrow might not be a bad idea to cut for Wurmcoil Engine.
Eye of Ugin might help.
Good point. The reason I have Not of This World is because it's a free counterspell, and I've experienced a couple Mind Controls or Unsummons on Kozilek and Ulamog to make me rethink that part :-/
Wow people have voted my deck below a 4? I'd like to see what you think a 7+ is...
Not bad, I would only suggest a few changes. First, trade a Halimar Excavator for another Jwari Shapeshifter. The versitility of having another cloned Ally over a set mill ally will help you in tought situations. Also, I don't know if you need Dread Statuary, perhaps go with more basic land types and toss in a few Prophetic Prisms, changing the color of any mana as well as allowing you to draw a card is strong in a multi-color ally deck. The oblivion rings are nice, you can also use Journey to nowhere as well. Not a bad Ally deck, I would love to see my Ally deck face up to it.
I choose Iona's judgment because it can effect either an enchantment or creature. Path, while cheap, only effects creatures and is getting bumped out of Standard anyways.
Red isn't out. Check out what I've done in Type 2. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=76491
Replace the Leafcallers, they don't add mana to your mana pool they only change the color.
