Deck Description

This deck tries to ramp into lots of land as quickly as possible to start playing big, tramply creatures that are dealing double damage thanks to Xenagos, God of Revels. I would definitely appreciate suggestions!!

Deck discussion for Xenagos, God of Trample Damage

Since most of your sorceries and some of the creatures fetch you lands ON TOP of those 36 lands, I'd drop at around 5 land-fetches and add some crucial staples. You seem to completely miss any form of artifact/enchant removal. Throw in Naturalize, Krosan Grip and Destructive revelry to stop your opponents from harming your play with unwanted enchantments. And since your creatures are big and you have Ogre Battledriver there, I'd put in Warstorm Surge or just 1-2 good burns.

And this is just a matter of taste, but I'd drop 2-3 big meats off and replace them with smaller, say, 3-4 mana creatures. Ghor-Clan Rampager, Fanatic of Xenagos and Festerhide Boar are cheap, but should do the job. And each one has trample.

Thanks! I took out Forgestoker Dragon, Nylea, God of the Hunt, Hammer of Purphorous, Forest, and Sylvan Caryatid.
I added Ghor-Clan Rampager, Strionic Resonator, Mage Slayer, Vandalblast and Starstorm.

I'm leery of taking out the land-fetches because my meta likes taking me out as fast as possible, so the fetches help me respond with speed of my own to get those fatties out quicker.
