There's really no need as you get unblockable and hexproof (essentially) from the colour protection.

That's what the Protection from chosen colours spells are for. Just punch straight through anything other than artifact creatures.
Ok not bad but needs a bit of work. Here's what I'd do.Remove: Soul of the Harvest x4Joraga Treespeaker x4Elvish Mystic x2Jagged-scar Archers x2Lignify x3Noxious Revival x3Add:Imperious Perfect x4Elvish champion x4Rhys the redeemed x2Immaculate magistrate x2Revive x2Elvish Promenade x2Nissa Revane x1Wirewood lodge x1Hope this is useful to you. I'm not saying do this instead, it's just what I'd do.
Also with you using land grab you should use Venser's Journal instead of spellbook as at least you get a useful additional effect as well as the same one and you shouldn't notice much of a difference with you having mana to spare.
Instead of Overrun you should use Overwhelming Stampede, for the same mana cost and you only need a 4/4 creature to make it immediately better. Anything after that is just a bonus and usually a game winner.
As you don't seem to have anything to target your own creatures i would replace Asceticism with Steely Resolve, it's cheaper to play and with the amount of Lord cards in the deck you won't be struggling anytime soon against creatures so the need to regenerate almost useless. Obviously Deathtouch would have a say against it but that's a specific weakness that you probably won't have to come across. My buddy has an awesome Elf token deck similar to this but the only weakness it has is shoot as no other deck can produce creatures quick enough or powerful enough to match it so i'm currently trying to get him to put Steely Resolve in it for when we play 2HG.
I'd consider adding some Goblin Arsonists & Mudbutton Torchrunners to add additional sacrifice damage, they also mix well with Pyretic Ritual to give more mana to get out those Voracious Dragons quicker.
I'm not so sure about the Traveler's Amulets in there as 22 land should be plenty to run low mana cost spells like Hedron Crab and Tome Scour. When Magic 2013 is released i'd consider putting Mind Sculpt into this as it is only 2 cmc and it puts the top 7 cards of a players library into the graveyard, also coming out with the set is Jace's Phantasm which is 1 blue to play for a 1/1 that gets +4/+4 if a player/opponent (i can't remember which) has 10 or more cards in a graveyard. An all round decent deck though, gj.
A couple of Dark Rituals and Ratcatcher wouldn't go a miss either :).
Seems pretty solid, i've seen a fair few Relentless Rats decks but none of them had Ratcatcher, it might be a good play instead of a couple of Putrid Imps and it comes with it's own fear.
Possibly a couple of Essence Warden as the deck doesn't really need life-gain or replace Mycoloth as the wolf tokens would work better for you and with Mycoloth you are putting all your eggs in one basket making it easy to target but with Wolfbriar the damage is already done when it enters.
Yeh the 70 cards is a bit extreme for me but each to his own, just thinking Wolfbriar would be insane with Priest of Titania as my mate has an Elf mana ramp/token deck and with Wirewood Lodge it just gets stupid with the amount it can produce so with something like Wolfbriar and Parallel Lives the amount of tokens would be crazy.
Wolfbriar Elemental, Imperious Perfect, Lys Alana Huntmaster. Just a few cards you may want to use as the deck seems to be Elf heavy, i'd also consider ditching the Priest of Titania for Elvish Archdruid.
As a decent basic creature i'd hit out with Vampire Nighthawk x 3.
Fireshrieker may come in handy as a more permanent solution to double strike, it just means if a creature gets shot you dont have to worry about getting another spell.
Use Curse of Stalked Prey, it's cheap enough to play and will boost up your creatures even more :). I'd consider taking out Tezzeret's Gambit.
Using Stonehewer Giant or Quest for the Holy Relic you can as you aren't actually targeting the creature using their effects.
A good card to use on your Phantasmal Dragon would be Fireshrieker, it gives it doublestrike and chances are you will have a buffer out like Lord of the Unreal so you will hit for 12 damage a turn which cant be a bad thing :), nice idea with the Stonehewer.
You need to be careful about having no creatures as it leaves you very vulnerable, if they have something with shroud or hexproof its gonna leave you very open to attack id try and add something to make an opponent sacrifice or put walls in just to use as blockers as theyr pretty cheap to play with very good defense. As a nice addition to the deck id consider Chandra's Spitfire, Chandra's Phoenix, Kiln Fiend and/or Fire Servant (this one in particular)
I do really like this deck but god its annoying to play against.
