Ok. I'd consider greatly splashing Green to give it some ramp in the form of Avacyn's Pilgrim or what ever it is, and Arbor Elves. This deck has a really high mana curve, and those two could go a long way to help you set up for a late game.

Added the Pilgrim for now, the Elves won't help as much unless I add more green cards.Maybe I'll rework the deck as B/W Exalted instead.
