1. Get Essence of the Wild into play2. Get a ton of 1/1 creatures into play3. Attack with all your 6/6 creatures... or go for the Craterhoof Behemoth with all those creatures.

I see potential in this deck, you just really need to work on your mana curve, because these token generation decks should be beautifully fast and the way you have it set up right now can be slow most of the time, and I would start reworking this deck by condensing your creature setup, then build your spells around that. Hope this helps.
