Deck Description

There is a new card being printed in Cyber Punk Kamigawa called Hinata, Dawn-Crowned. It's everything I've always wanted in a jeskai commander and Ruhan is currently standing in for it until it is uploaded to the vault's database

I also make my mana base in the sideboard so I can see what the cost of the deck is separate from it. Mana bases are usually built from what people have/can afford, so having the meat of the deck separate should show what it would actually cost someone to build it.

How to Play

Hinata, Dawn-Crowned is Battlefield Thaumaturge, but on steroids and in your command zone. Cards like Glimpse the Sun God, Icy Blast and By Force all become 1 mana effects with as many targets as are on board. Better yet, if there are 10 targets, then Glimpse the Sun God becomes an 11 cmc spell while on the stack, causing cards like Shark Typhoon to make an 11/11 token.

The main goal I have for the deck is to either load up on cost reducers and/or copy effects and one shot the table with Aurelia's Fury, or to make enough tokens that Descent of the Dragons is a real and legitimate threat.
