Looks like a cool deck to play, the spells would indeed become verry cheap to cast :) Hardened Scales and/or Ghost Form might be something for this deck?

If you are aiming to have only 1 creature swinging most of the time Ajani's Presence might be something for you since it has the possibility for you to target several creatures and also grants indestructible for 1 white at instant speed :) Also if you face burn decks and they decide to target you Mortal's Ardor is a nice card since it gives you lifelink and triggers heroic for 1 white. I haven't actually noticed this until now: The Battlefield Thaumaturge + Launch the Fleet combo is so op.. Like I'll just cast LtF on ALL of my creatures for 1 white and trigger a bunch of other heroics as well AND get tokens! :D

What exactly is Sarkhan the Mad here to do?

Memory Erosion would be nice but it would make this deck not legal in Standard. Curse of the Bloody Tome could be an idea though but the only problem is that it will rotate soon...

Moore Vampire Nighthawk!

Not sure how much work the Niblis of the Mist does in this deck, there are better options like Banisher Priest or perhaps Basilica Guards. This deck could also do good with some extort and since the Innistrad-block soon rotates I would recommend throwing in a bunch of extort in exchange for the Innistrad-block creatures. You could also think about throwing in a Court Street Denizen or two. Dutiful Thrull could be a good one-drop option. One or two Vizkopa Guildmage wouldn't be wrong either. I would also swich out the Gather the Townsfolk for something like an Executioner's Swing. And for my final suggestion I would throw in one or two Profit//Loss in here.

Looks good, you could use cards like Rampant growth and Borderland Ranger to speed up the mana even more.

I understand :) The way you have it running now I think will give the combo a higher possibility to appear without having to mulligan too much.

Sry, I missed that part of it :) I just commented on what I saw in the deck + sideboard. Furthermore I agree on having the guildgates in there as the cheaper alternative. What I would change though is switching out one or two of the islands for another forest wich I think would up the likeliness of geting that elvish mystic drop on round 1.

Personally I would replace the guildgates in the sideboard with the hinterland harbors because if you plan on playing any of the other two mana types on round one the harbors would not come in tapped as the guildgates does.
