I think it starts in play.
But cards like devour flesh, far // away and other similar would be abundant.

I might point out that nothing is said about starting with the creature in play by the creator of this post they only state that you can only have one creature and that anything happens to it it shuffles back into library

True enough, but then the format would have a hard time using that creature for anything and it would just be control and combo, which it sort of has to become anyways without the creature. It only makes sense that the creature starts in play to create variation.

it'd make more sense for the creature to be in its own zone like in commander

Then why would it leave the zone with all the reshuffle clauses ?

But why have this discussion when we can break the arms on user crazywictor and force him to dish out more information.

He forgot milled.
Mill effects doesn't reshuffle it.
I win by playing mill ;)

Let us assume that he meant to add it and forgot you could still mill an opponent out you would just have to let them draw their creature.

Heh, mill + psychogenic probe. The opponent has to reshuffle a lot.

New Format for all you red players out there... as for the rest of us... not so much. Don't get me wrong I love the idea, I just think it is skewed in favor of a few certain colors (Blue and Red.) Or maybe I'm missing something.

I forgot about that rule, I agree those 2 would be very prominent, so red and blue very strong like they said
