If you want to make this deck modern just exchange demonic tutor for another diabolic tutor and hymn to tourach to mind rot. Use the tutors to get bogbrew witch out then you can search for bubbling cauldron and your feesting newt's and great combo to put negative counters on their creatures. great for indestructible creatures. use undying evil on your festing newts to get another sacrifice out of them. if you need life use tenacious dead and keep useing bubbling cauldron to sacrific him then bring him back. Hymn to tourach will bring their best hand down to nothing "Shit i needed that!" Tragic slip is a great card to use when you have just sacrificed your newt to give a creature -13/-13!
