Seems good and solid. The only thing I would have thought to add is some draw options - Ponder, Brainstorm, something like that. It will allow you to get more options faster and also to make sure you'll get the miracle cards when you need 'em, and it will also make sure you have enough lands which is important for you so you can cast your heavier spells (Gisela...).
Thanks for the tips. I considered guttersnipe and decided against it since I can't protect it. The same is true for Chandra (and any other planeswalker). And Leyline of Sanctity is white - and I don't wanna add another color (although I must admit that I considered adding white for Terminus and Banishing Stroke). This deck works really well in the tests until now. The thing is, although I have lots and lots of draw options, I still find myself without options sometimes and also, although there are relatively very few lands, I find myself with too many lands... I'll try adding Archmage Ascension and will see how it goes.

Just from the first glance: I would have replaced Battle Hymn with Brightstone Ritual, since you have only goblins anyway and it's cheaper. Additionally, I would have replaced Explosive Impact with Thunderous Wrath. Same effect, but an option for Miracle. Hope it helps.
Well first of all, your deck is too spread out. You gotta focus on what you really wanna do with it and start cutting, at list IMHO. If you wanna focus on life gain, I would take out Nether Traitor, Augur il-Vec, Spectral Rider, Highborn Ghoul... I would also take out Gruesome Deformity and Tragic Slip. You should use more cards that are mana-light, so if you put in cards with CMC 1 or 2 you should probably have four of them. It makes it more reliable. On the other hand, you'd wanna cut down on mana-heavy cards (more then 4 CMC, basically) like celestial mantle. I almost never use more than 2 cards with that kind of CMC. Hope it helps.
