I think Skirk prospector still has a place in the deck and could replace the Chainwhirlers. Reason being is because you can use the prospector in response to situations where the goblins you have are dying regardless- whether it is because they are being blocked, blocking, dying to a board wipe spell, etc. In conjunction with the hordemaster or the snoop you can then use that mana to replenish your board. You can also set up situations with the snoop where you can continously cast goblins and try to get Krenko on the top of your deck, use the activated ability of Krenko via the snoops ability, then sacrifice 4 or fewer of those tokens and use Krenkos ability himself, assuming you have the haste goblins in play. You may want to go to 4 of the warchiefs or chieftains for this reason. This also combos very well with a card called Impact tremors that allows you to deal 1 damage for each creature you have as it comes into play. Hope this helps!
