The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Deck Description

Vampires! My favourite tribe, my favourite method: flood the field with impressive creatures and removal to axe your opponent's own. Seize the Night.

How to Play

Like most decks, its pretty simple. Play, and pray for a strong hand.

Deck discussion for Modern Vampires

looking good *like*

Nevertheless, some suggestions, based on my monoB vampire deck (http://www.mtgvault.com/muktol/decks/vampire-onslaught-revised/)
"Blade of the Bloodchief"
"Bloodghast" (Especially in combination with searchlands like "Evolving Wilds" or "Verdant Catacombs")
"Kalastria Highborn"...2 lifepoint means 1/10th of your opponents total life
"Vampire Hexmage"...at least sideboard material against planeswalkers
"Dismember"...big brother of "Disfigure", can be played with phyrexian mana
"Tragic Slip"...indestructible gods? well not any longer with this spell

Greetings
Muktol

Blade felt a little slow for the direction I wanted to go, same with Kalastria Highborn; Blood Artist has a very similar effect that doesn't require any mana investment.

This deck actually had Bloodghast (and Highborn, truthfully) in the beginning, but it was struggling to find a place among the one drops (Both of which have similar or better power and can chump-block if needed) and removal that I wanted. Depending on the deck your facing, I could see Ghast having a place in Sideboard. Recursion is nothing to ignore.

Dismember kind of scares me, honestly, despite being extremely popular. I don't deny its effectiveness, but losing four life for simple removal sounds a little wooly to me.

Tragic Slip, on the other hand, is something I've been seriously considering. I only added Disfigure out of habit, more than anything else. I loved that card during Zendikar Standard. I'll probably change it soon.

Blood Artis vs Kalastria Highborn, well that's a personal question. Drawback on Kalastria is that you have to keep that {B} free, on the other hand, she is a 2/2 and can block and attack with your other vamps.

Well the Blade IS slow, but considering the high number of removalspells many decks play there's always something dying, and 2 +1/+1 counter per dying creature for cc2...I gave it a try, and was happy with it.

The point why Dismember is such an extreme popular card is that you can pay it with phyrexian mana, but you don't have to. And -X/-X cards are very effective as they allow you to remove indestructible creatures and stop regenerating creatures.
