So I have a few ideas that I just want to throw out there and some questions.Card Ideas:Gaea's Herald, Prowling Serpopard, Vizier of the Menagerie (All under 2 dollars) They protect his/all creature spells from the most annoying cards in magic that Sam hates (Counterspells) and the Vizier gives him an extra card if it is a creature on top and is mana fixing. Magmasaur Seems perfect for the enrage theme you have going. Plus it is only 45 cents or so on TCG. PLUS its a dinosaur! If this just wasn't an oversight I'd like to know why it wasn't included.Fires of Yavimaya, Overrun, Overwhelming Stampede, Mirari's Wake, etc (We currently have 2 of these, and will have Mirari eventually) I know you didn't want too many enchantments but the ability for him to go wide with giant stuff seems gross. Huatli, Dinosaur Knight I know she is more money than the actual Huatli (Just like the planeswalker deck version of Jace is more expensive than actual Ixalan Jace, (Good job Wizards)) but she is still perfect. I understand the budget-ness of this list just saying for future.Trostani, Selesnya's Voice Ridiculous lifegain plus ability to copy Dino tokens if he has nothing else to do.... Silliness (Around 3 bucks)Sunbird's Invocation (He has) Could be brokenQuestions:Harmonic Convergence instead of Paraselene? I know it is instant over sorcery speed but you get some life gain with Paraselene and it destroys the enchantments for basically the same cost.Does he really want to destroy all enchantments? Pyrohemia is pretty important for him, would he want to be destroying it. There are plenty of good enchantment destruction cards that he could use that don't hurt him. Hull Breach, Righteous Confluence, Dromoka's Command (Not the best enchantment removal but I just realized it wasn't included and should probably be in. Its under 2 bucks right now)I think we have Krosan Verge which would be a decent land for him.I think this deck could go a few ways which could all be cool. Still interested in seeing want Sam wants to do with it overall. If we can see his list I would enjoy that.-Bill

I didn't realize Magmasaur was a dinosaur. It seemed like it should be, but the printings I had seen said "Elemental" or "Elemental Lizard". I'm glad they corrected it with the oracle.Prowling Serpopard is definitely a good include. We should get him that.I had considered Trostani also, but he might not have a lot of tokens to target. Verdant Sun's Avatar is basically the dinosaur version, and with Sultai Flayer, Tamanoa, Brightflame, and Shamanic Revelation he should have no problems gaining plenty of life.Pyrohemia is an important piece, but Sam could play around it with his mass enchantment removal. Either play the removal before Pyrohemia, or defer playing it until there are enough enchantment threats to tip the scales. Pyrohemia can be a big catalyst for the deck, but it's not really part of the win condition. He could afford to lose it once it's served its purpose.In terms of enchantments that grant haste like Fires of Yavimaya, I don't think it's worth breaking from the enchantment hate. 1 - Gishath, the most important creature to haste already has it. 2 - Regisaur Alpha gives dinos, his biggest creatures, haste. 3 - Gishath's ability can't make use of haste creatures since they enter the battlefield after combat. ETB effects and things he can ping to enrage on his second main (or after) are better with Gishath.I didn't remember seeing the Krosan Verge, but I'll look.
