A problem I see not early game creatures so that could make useing pestilence hard for quite some time. I would sugest white knight or cemetary gate to replace the rats. This would allow a more early game creature to have besides the doll both protection from black. Haveing a creature to attack with is always good.

I think it's fine the way it is. This deck looks very expensive though if you don't have the cards. what about Death Pits of Wrath? Could be pretty useful..
