If your goal is to put (Army of the damned) as soon as possible, I suggest to remove a swamp and add (Liliana of the dark realms) planewalker. Find a possibility to sacrifice and put back (Liliana's shade) more as you can.

I was thinking about Liliana of dark realms, probably a good idea to throw in. Liliana's shade was perfectly enough for ramping to 8 without unburial rites. Thanks!
