You should have 4x on nobles, and you may want to consider adding R/B dual lands for stromkirk captain, he is really good and can be a game-winning card

just picked up the dragonskull summits, and I like the idea, just not sure how the balance will work out. might have to tweak a few things to balance it, but it'd give me an edge early game when I don't have too many counters.
