Wart is a good copy commander. What else could you do really with that ability. Change Log 3-31-15-Overabundance +Mana Reflections-Collective Unconscious +Shamanic Revelations Two easy upgrades. Shamanic Revelations can gain life, but normally won't in this deck. Mana Reflections does cost more, but doesn't expose this deck to opposing blow outs as much. 6/16/15-Charmbreaker Devils +Volcanic Vision-Stream Spasm +Explosive Vegetation-Harrow +Outpost SiegeNo idea how I missed Explosive Vegetation in the first draft. Charmbeaker Devils are amazing when they last for a turn or two, but the never do. Also late game they may get my kill spell needed to win or they could return the same 3 ramp cards instead. Visions does cost one more, but with Wort can get two recursions and possibly board wipe opponents. Harrow gains one land and Outpost can be a kill or draw card, I needed more versatility.
You start just with mana ramp and try to get wart on the board asap. Once there you can either play the mana flare abilities to get opponents to much each other, or save those to just copy one X-spell to fireball them out of the game. It is surprisingly easy to get 65+ mana when you play one doubler and early harvest.
