Olivia is a strong general, but I hate the vampire themed decks out there. Personally I think Olivia would be better off with more black and red support, so this was built with that in mind. I like my generals, how I like my ladies..... with a penis. Her art totally has a futanari thing going and it is awesome.
With as many mana rocks budget could add and the blackest hate cards, it plays very well. Simian Spirit Guide was removed, but tried. The rocks have a longer shelf life than guide and helps her bite people after casting. You just bite and swing with this deck until you win.
