KARADOORRRRR! This is an EDH deck for dueling. It can hold up multiplayer if you play carefully. However, it really shines 1v1. Change Log3/31-forest +Joraga Treespeaker-plains +Maze of Ith-mulch +Satyr Wayfarer-putrefax +Deathrite ShamanSo 38 lands was fine, but playing land-go didn't work out for a non-blue player. Maze helps with Voltron decks immensly and I can normally tutor up Urborg if mana is an issue. Mulch was an easy trade for a creature doing nearly the same thing. Satyr dies, I already got my mulch and ramped Karador. Putrefax....was a fun wincon, but most of the time it felt like I wasn't attacking with it enough or people just scooped to Yosie lock with anyways. Granted a two turn clock helps in multiplayer, just hanging back on a spore frog often had people kill each other first. Deathrite is just such a good early game threat. 6/17/15-Golgari Rot Farm +Strip Mine-Swamp +Isolated ChapelBack to 38 lands. I almost want more lands in this, but it feels good currently. 5/27/2016Overall performance was still good, but made some updates for a larger table. -Grand Abolisher +Dragonlord Dramoka -Shadowborn Demon +Earthcraft-Animate Dead +NecromancyDramoka is more of a beater if my pieces got exiled and that life gain can matter. I rarely found turn two Abolisher did anymore than turn 6. As for the Demon, he did get rid many threats, it costs 5 and rarely did anything else. Earthcraft lets the ramp game fire off earlier. Necromancy costs 1 more, but can be instant. This definitely matters for out playing a scooze on someones endstep as they will generally tap out announcing targets letting you respond with a fast save.
Early game you are ramping or picking apart their hand to delay a good board presence. With plenty of tutors you should be able to set up a back breaking Yosei lock or Sun Titan (and ilk) beats. Many exile cards like Sin Collector or Fiend Hunter play well with a fast sac outlet to both ramp karador in the yard and perma-exile targets.
