Deck Description

Heroic soldiers along with cheap spells to target them.

How to Play

Please let me know if I could be doing something better.

Phalanx leader should buff a lot of your guys considerably, and an unblockable fabled hero will deal a nasty amount of damage as well.
Initially i had soldier of the pantheon maindeck, but sideboarded him for multicolored decks.
Heliod's spear acts as a little bit of removal, and azorius charm was sideboarded in order to include more target spells.

Deck discussion for Heroes of might and magic

Medomai and Artisan of Forms will struggle to find their feet here! Focus on getting value from your other 2drops bro! Aetherling!

I would suggest Ethereal Armor, helps buff the buffed even buffier! One or two Elite Arcanist would help to keep a steady supply of instants. Holy Mantle plus Fabled Hero equals unblockable 5/5 for 10 damage as early as the fourth turn. Ordeal of Thassa for draw power, and Ordeal of Heliod for life gain.

I suspect arcanist would be pushing it a little, however i do agree holy mantle is a good idea. Cheers! :)

I think the best one i found in this type of deck with Arcanist is Triton Tactics, since you can actualy use it to save the Elite from death by damage 3 or less. And you can trigger heroic even more, all for one mana!

That's great, it's just that he costs 4 to play for a 1/1 that is *very* easily removed, and also the turn I play him there'll be no mana free for other spells etc.
I'll try him out when I get the deck, but I'm not 100% sure of him at present :(
Did you play against this deck? Or was it just a list

I have a similar deck built myself, and it only has one Elite arcanist, and i also have a bit more enchantments than yours does. I just compared the two, and looked to see what was different XD. It's posted here on vault,

righteousness might help as well. Forgive me as I have been out of the game for a very long time. It may not be legal and I am not too sure if its cheap or expensive. 7/7 for a blocking creature. One casting cost of white mana. Not too shabby.

Ordeal Of Heliod is just too good, plus it activates Heroic and you draw a card and Battlewise Valor is pretty good for what it is. I would take out Bident, it's just not good.

For as long as thassa is in the deck, I think the bident has a place with it's 2 blue in the mana cost. Plus with the unblockable aspect of this deck, I'd be drawing more often. I think it has it's place, although after release I'll play test it for real and decide then.

Battlewise valor is ok, but i'm going to stick with dauntless onslaught because it targets two creatures.

I really like the card Fate Foretold. It draws a card and gives value when your creature dies. If you enchant Triton it can draw you 3 cards. It is one enchantment in witch you don't mind when you creature dies as much like with other one that you just get blown out with when your creature is killed. I also like Ethereal Armor because it is really cheap and get large boost because of the 11 enchantment in our deck. It on fabled Hero could get out of control really fast. Otherwise Really like your deck looks awesome.

I'm not sure if I could warrant taking anything out for fate foretold, however it's hard to argue with ethereal armor. I'm putting it on the sideboard until I can decide to take something out

I like the idea of this deck! Mainboard looks pretty strong.
You might put some extra enchantment destruction in your sideboard. Ray of Dissolution for example. I think you won't be able to handle the enchantment heavy decks by just the detention sphere. That card will get destroyed/exiled more often now since everyone is expecting enchantments and therefor sideboarding more (or even mainboarding) enchantment destruction.

You might get rid of the Soldier of the Pantheon. I think your sideboard can do without it.

Probably a good call. I like solemn offering better because it can target artifacts, however ray of dissolution is an instant. I'm torn

Hmm. Wear // Tear is even cheaper. Yes, you can't use the Wear, but the Tear only costs (W). Might even be a better options since two mana for 3 life is not worth it.

Have you thought about mainboarding Swan Song. I bet your buffed up, unblockable Fabled Hero will get a lot of removal on his ass. Swan Song might be the right answer.

Hah. I see you just removed it from your sideboard. I;m not sure how to fit this in though.

Btw. Why is Brave the Elements in your sideboard? Isn't God's Willing better for this deck. And you mainboarded that already.

In case I need more - it targets a creature (activating heroic) and protects it from a spell that targets it. Swan song is good to counter board wipes and such, but gods willing and brave the elements act as removal protection *and* trigger heroic, you see?
I do like wear // tear more than ray, though.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't see Brave the Elements targetting anything. Besides that protection does not protect you against boardwipes. So that's why I don't see a place for Brave the Elements.

Ps. Protection from X means:
Damage that would be dealt to this object by a source of quality X is prevented.
This object can't be equipped or enchanted by a permanent of quality X.
This object can't be blocked by creatures of quality X.
This object can't be targeted by spells or abilities of quality X.

I think Daxos could be good, since you can make m unblockable with Aqueous form, Holy Mantle, and Thassa
