EDH with Thromok as Commander.
Turtle till you get 5-6 1/1 tokens, be they goblins or saprolings, or cards you are willing to sac like Penumbra Spider, then summon Thromok and sac 5 creatures, making him a 25/25. Make sure he won't be countered though, so time it carefully, or just wait till you get Spellbreaker Behemoth. Then start swinging. Make use of the artifacts, give Thromok trample, or better yet, just end it with Whispersilk Cloak. Abuse that 21 Commander Damage rule. Thromok + Overwhelming Stampede = I swing at you with my 50/50 trample commander, GG.
