You can't have blind obedience, it has a black mana symbol in it.

it only matters in the cmc there is no black mana symbol in the cmc so he can use it with the kkk conformist ( its a joke for 8 1/2 tails )
actually, if you search for the rules on EDH, you'll find that it says "If it has a colored mana symbol anywhere on the card that is not part of your commanders colors" not just the cmc. Here, I'll link you it.https://www.wizards.com/magic/tcg/article.aspx?x=magic/rules/edhyou can also go here: http://mtgcommander.net/rules.phpand under deck construction, you can see that it tells you (with the detail thingie up) that your commanders color identity is all of the colored mana that show on the card itself, and after that it tells you (again, with the detail thingie up) that a card may not have any other color identity than the commander that you're using. (it says this under #3 in case you're having a hard time finding it)Still don't believe me? Well, somebody is eventually going to tell you IRL how it works if you play with other people than friends, so I don't really care all that much if you still won't believe me. Have a good day (or night?) either way :)
The Obedience is legal in any white deck, it does not count toward any cost of the card. It does not work the same as other cards like for instance Momentary Blink where in that example the flashback cost is different than the cmc, in that example the Blink can only be played in a deck where white and blue are part of the commanders colors.
The reason blind obedience is legal in a white deck is the black symbol only appears in the reminder text. Reminder text is not considered in a cards color identity.
ah, ok
