i think the blue enchantment soothsaying from masques would be a much better choice than divining top...it's an enchantment so it's a card draw, and does the same thing but for X, works just fin with the counterbalance...and if you're thinking of playing it on a tournament level or even just casual, karakas, albeit pricey, is good to get rid of Emrakul...that and cards like nevermore...could always make it total control and try using that Jace's enchantment that lets you mill an opponent when you draw cards, and just play something you can cast every turn, and use words of wind to shut down their permanents..most would probably just cede on that lock.
