just search something better than voracious

cause if they destroy it you only have disadvantage
it deffinitely is a bad card

I honestly don't see the big disadvantage of playing voracious dragon.
Unless it gets countered, even if it is immediately removed, it still "comes into play" so its effect is pretty darn useful.

That being said, you're probably going to want to sideboard a few goblin ruinblasters, just to screw over landfall decks. Maybe take out the plated geopede for it?

Actually, your opponent needs to decide to counter the dragon before devour effect can occur. So your opponent can't counter your dragon after the devour ability activates.

It's more of a late game i need to goblin cheap creatures to do straight damage to win kind of card thats why theres two but i can see where you come from you lose board advantage. this deck changes around often between mono and such
