Personally, I'm a fan of Wistful Thinking for discard decks. At worst it's a blue Mind Rot that still works when an opponent has no cards in hand.

At the end of the turn you summon Necroplasm, it will destroy all creature tokens... Not sure if you want that happening.
I would think you would also prefer Azorius Keyrune or Guardian Idol over Warden of the Wall (Polymorph is a sorcery after all).
I've made a deck kinda like this before (back when Progenitus had just come out), and I found Repel Intruders to be useful. I would probably play it over Spirit Mirror. Geist Snatch and Summoner's Bane would also work.
You could always use something like All is Dust for a few board wipes!
It seems a little dangerous to me to have to sac a creature every turn, but if it works, it works :O Otherwise, black has no options for indestructibility
How could Horobi become indestructible? You can't hook auras on him and you can't equip him (both require targets and are a spell and ability respectively).
A nonbudget legacy deck that I think would be fun :) WB Torpor http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=269530
Just a deck for fun and budget to boot :) Hunted WGR http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=269324
I had a semi-Zubera deck and I found that Devouring Greed works wonders with them!
Curse of the Stalked Prey might help. You might want to consider a lifelink mechanism or ninjas (such as Throat Slitter and Ink-Eyes).
Since you want to throw some creatures into your graveyard, you might consider Forbidden Alchemy instead of Lead the Stampede (even though you won't be able to flash it back without Birds). Or do Mulch to get some lands :)
At first I didn't realize why you even had Braid in the deck, but it rocks with cumulative upkeeps. You could always use the new Gutter Grime from Innistrad! Also, while not particularly oozy, you could use Taurean Mauler since it technically is an ooze :)
Burning-Tree Shaman seems almost counter productive with Ulasht. Create a ton of saprolings and have to be hurt because of it lol.
I was going for a theme of having my opponent choose :)
Ensnaring Bridge actually prevents your creatures from attacking too :(
If you wanna focus more on the infinite combo-mill, I would suggesting taking out the cards that dilute it. For example, you don't need Maritime Guard (it performs no milling function), Hedron Crab (a nice card but not a merfolk), Ink Dissolver (with the infinite combo, he becomes just a diluting factor), and Forced Fruitiion (6 mana is too slow for a deck like this). I would also suggest adding in 2 more schoolmasters and maybe some mothdust changeling for another easy tap mechanism.
2x Myr Retriever + Genesis Chamber + Ironworks (Infinite Creatures) 2x Myr Retriever + Disciple + Ironworks (Infinite life loss) Ironworks + Nuisance Engine + Scorpion + Disciple (Infinite life loss)
I like the concept of this! I feel like you need more firepower though... A way to kill them a little faster if you have to slowly whittle them down. Perhaps replace Shaman with Warrior en-Kor (not much, but it would add up). I'm not really feeling the Goldenglow Moth too much... Order of the Stars would be a great 1 drop (only problem is, against white, you won't be able to redirect). I'd consider Dawn Elemental as well :)
Of course T2 Dreadnought can also come with Stifle...
