Well, counter spells are great, but their are more ways to limit their options than that. I don't know how to explain it, I guess discard and milling is a good way to mess with them. My deck is something like I want. However, I'm not skilled at making decks, I guess I need your help making a good one. It looks like you guys are excellent deck builders. Any advice for making mono blue decks?

I really don't know who you are, but you seem like a really nice person who is popular with everyone else. Therefore, I would like to welcome you back as well. :)

P.S - I was wondering if someone could build a deck that focuses on countering everything an opponent has (like an ultimate control deck). Don't worry about the budget, but I would like it to be modern legality plz. Thx.
