I wanted to make a deck that won by making the opponent draw cards and this deck does exactly that. You also draw cards as well so it speeds up the game.
You win with the black vise. Keep the opponents hand well over four cards and they will have a very tough time dealing damage to you with all of the propaganda-esque cards in here. A tip with this deck is to use the Arcane Denials on non-creature cards that could potentially win the game for the opponent. If your opponents deck has many of these, sub in some counterspells from your sideboard
