Obzedat and the ghost councils can't be cheated in, and they are not amazing enough on their own to warrant inclusion. Rakdos is good, but this deck gets played heavily in multiplayer free-for-all, and the Sac Rackdos means doom for you in that format. In a dual setup, it would be a good addition. Agreed.

Had it in, but my playgroup is always long stalemate multi-player (4-6 players). That coupled with too many things that buff soldier toughness and I though Mind's eye was a better call for me. In a dual-deck, skullclamp would be far superior, I agree. I may swap it in occasionally to get a feel.
It's in progress, the sideboard is stuff that was in the deck and was pulled. I just haven't deleted it yet
